What Top Municipal CIOs Are All About
According to InformationWeek, top public sector CIOs are going beyond just keeping the IT infrastructure going and moving towards “unlocking value” through services, analytics, and innovative partnerships. Only two municipal CIOs made the list: New York City and San Francisco.
